The Wet Set Village Water Ski Club congratulates club member Kevin Hyatt, above left, for his performance at the 2010 Western Regionals in Idaho. Kevin finished T11 in Men 4 slalom, T6 tricks and 5th in jump for a 6th place overall finish, qualifying him to compete in Nationals. Honorary life club member Barbara Canfield, center, is always No. 1 in our book.

Each year, the club hosts 9 to 10 weekend events beginning in April and ending in September.

These events include our annual Desert Classic, a three-event tournament sanctioned by USA WaterSki, the governing body of organized, competitive water ski-related sports in the United States.

Club members are required to be active members of USA WaterSki in order to participate in lake-related activities.

Wet Set Village in Newberry Springs, Calif. hosts the annual Desert Classic and three other of our annual events.

Our next club event is Sept. 18-19 at Wet Set. Check us out!
